GRLevelX Trial Support Forums

I have downloaded all of the programs for Microsoft, and all of the Level 3 downloads,
but I can't get it to open. Every time I go to the icon and click it, it just wants to
download the program all over again. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

It's not clear to me exactly what's going wrong. Follow these steps and let me know where the problem starts:

1) Click on the following link to download and run the GRLevel3 setup program:
http://www.grlevelx.com/downloads/grlevel3_setup.exe

2) Afterwards, in Windows click Start->All Programs->GRLevelX\GRLevel3

3) You should see "GRLevel3" with a little radome+blue sky icon, select that to run it

You should see the GRLevel3 main window appear, centered on Atlanta, GA

Definitely planning on buying it at the end of the trial!
