Setting county and level streets for GRlevel 3

How can I get city & county level streets? I know I have to get the Sahpe files and stly files, but where do I get the stly files and Shape files. Please reply to my question, thank you.

Do a search on the forum for "tiger style" and you'll see many hits. For example,

I did what you said and it worked, but it did not put the names of the roads in. I need the road names. Please help me with this issue, thank you.

The road names appear in the status bar when you hover your mouse pointer over the road.

The staus bar is at the bottom righthand side of the main window, correct? if so it does not show anything but the hight above sea leve-i think, meileage from my location and the lat and lon of the area my mouse pointer is over.
